Fannie Mae Says No More Reduced Short Sale Commissions


If you are a Massachusetts Realtor or even someone who is selling a home and needs to do a short sale, the fact that Fannie Mae has dropped the hammer on banks trying to reduce a Realtor's commission is welcome news!
